A costume the performer can actually walk in
This life-size animatronic pig suit is built around a performer-first frame. One operator carries the whole animal and moves it smoothly across a stage, a park path or a shopping mall floor, without a second handler.
Shape and skin built to look alive
The body shell is shaped from high-density sponge with 95% rebound, so the rounded belly and short legs keep their form through long show days. A composite silicone rubber skin is bonded over the shell for a soft, skin-like surface, and artificial fur is applied by hand to recreate the coarse bristles of a real pig. Acrylic eyeballs sit deep in the sockets for a steady gaze that reads well on camera.
Movement kept simple and reliable
The performer walks the suit forward and backward. Nothing is over-engineered, so the animal keeps an even, natural pace during parades and meet-and-greet sessions instead of looking mechanical.

Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4. Painting: Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.
