Each unit is built on a seamless pipe and carbon steel frame and driven by brushed motors, with a 3D printed head, a high density sponge body with 95% rebound, composite silicone rubber skin and acrylic eyeballs. The feather texture is moulded into the skin, so the detail still reads well when visitors come close for photos. An integrated control box runs the movement programme and can link to a PC over the network, letting our technicians check settings and handle problems remotely instead of travelling to the site.
With an 8 m body the figure fits mall atriums, museum halls, park entrances and indoor play areas where a larger model is difficult to place. Body length, posture, colour, skin detail and movement sequence can be adjusted to match your site, theme and opening date.
Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4. Painting: Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.
