Height without the weight
A two-metre animal usually means a heavy frame. This one uses a stainless steel mechanical frame with high-density sponge, and lands at roughly 12 kg, so a performer around 1.75 m can carry it through a full event day without a second handler.
Hand-painted plush finish
The surface is plush fabric painted by hand, with the spot pattern following the body rather than printed as a repeating tile. Neck, shoulder and leg markings are placed individually, so the animal holds up in close-up photographs as well as from a distance.
Seeing and getting in
Vision comes through a concealed mesh panel in the neck and head area, and the suit closes with hook-and-loop fastenings for a quick change between sets. Acrylic eyeballs and modelled ears finish the head.

Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4. Painting: Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.
