Built for a walking route
One performer carries the whole animal. The suit is balanced around the operator, so the rhino can move forward and backward along a path, pause for photographs and keep going without a handler.
The skin does the work
High-density sponge with 95% rebound forms the heavy shoulder and the low-slung head. A composite silicone rubber skin is bonded over the shell and modelled into folds, so the surface reads as thick hide rather than fabric. Acrylic eyeballs sit deep in the sockets, and the horn is shaped to match a young animal rather than an adult.
Movement kept predictable
Walking is the only motion, which keeps the suit reliable on long days and easy for a new operator to learn. The animal reads as calm and heavy, which suits keeper talks and education sessions.

Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4. Painting: Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.
