A hippo that travels with the crowd
This costume is built so the animal can follow the same route as visitors. On the baby size, one performer carries the whole body. On the giant size, a second operator works the head and mouth, keeping the two movements coordinated during parades and keeper talks.
Heavy silhouette, light construction
The body is shaped from high-density sponge with 95% rebound, so the barrel chest and stubby legs keep their form through a full show day. The giant size runs on a stainless steel mechanical structure with a fabric skin; the baby size uses a composite silicone rubber skin. Acrylic eyeballs give the face its weight, and the giant size adds blinking lids.
Sound and expression on the giant size
The head turns left and right and up and down, the eyes blink, and the mouth opens and closes with synchronized sound. The animal reacts to the crowd instead of standing still, which is what makes photographs work.

Zoo exhibits, safari parks, theme park parades, wetland and aquarium displays, mall openings and event photo spots.

Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4. Painting: Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install dinosaurs.
